However, if your merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately to obtain a return authorization number within 3 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Defected Merchandise

Our staff at Lupe's Boutique inspects all merchandise carefully before shipping it out to ensure that it is not damaged and in good condition. If your item is damaged or defective, we will contact the manufacturer and replace it,. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue merchandise credit instead.

Cancelations

Please be aware that if you cancel your order after it has been placed, you will lose 100% of the merchandise purchase price. Lupe's Boutique reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order.
